A deep-thinking southerner last seen on his electric unicycle or pondering life's big and small questions. Values face-to-face meetings and having fun in his projects. Thinks it's just as fun and important to work on a small project as an office with 4500 employees.

Our job was to make their 500 sqm feel more like a hotel lobby or a cozy home than an office – obviously without compromising on the functionality that their day-to-day operations require. It was an extensive renovation, involving everything from floors to walls and ceilings. Thanks to our early involvement, we were able to suggest carpet colors, wall colors, wallpapers and wall paneling before moving on to furniture selection.

“Extremely fast feedback and always available throughout the whole process.”

Camilla Dahlgren, Kamstrup

To stretch the budget further, we integrated their previous conference furniture into the design. Copper moldings were covering cables in the ceiling, which was another element we needed to work around and adapt the interior to. The end result was an office that people really like to spend time in. And the social areas, both at the entrance and in the kitchen with the dining and lounge area, ended up being the vibrant and warm hubs we were aiming for.

“Word is spreading around the building about Kamstrup and our interior design. Neighbouring companies have even stopped by and taken pictures for inspiration”

Camilla Dahlgren, Kamstrup

“Colleagues find the office so cosy that they barely want to go home sometimes.”
