Co-owner, CEO and project manager who shoots guns in his spare time – at least 9 mm. Go big or go home. Despite his long experience, he's still curious. That may be why this social dog lover embraces change so much. Doing things as they always have been done is pretty boring and kills creativity.

When Nordnet moved from the suburbs to the city, we were asked to create a workplace that not only supported the business but also stimulated creative thinking.
The location was big enough for the 589 employees – and for future expansion. A big job where, thanks to our size and an agile approach, we were able to maximize the budget’s bang for the buck. Among other things, we reupholstered and reused chairs and benches, for a total of 380 seats. Good for the budget, even better for the environment.
