Procuritas

Meet the team

Behind Procuritas

  • Rasmus Olofsson

A deep-thinking southerner last seen on his electric unicycle or pondering life's big and small questions. Values face-to-face meetings and having fun in his projects. Thinks it's just as fun and important to work on a small project as an office with 4500 employees.

  • Nikita Heller

Artistic soul who loves color and form. When she's not fleeing the country for warmer weather, she fills her spare time with festivities. Lives together with mood manager Doris.

The private equity firm Procuritas wanted an office that felt welcoming and warm – but still conveyed the level of professionalism one expects from a venture capitalist of their caliber.

To reflect Procuritas as a company, Kaka Arkitekter developed a color scheme that is both elegant and classic, without feeling too rigid. The large open-plan office was divided using curtains to create the sense of multiple rooms, and textiles were used to help establish a cozy environment with color and pattern, while also improving acoustics.

Once the concept and idea were established, we helped make it a reality by sourcing and supplying all the loose furnishings. In the dining room, the chairs were kept but complemented with new chairs in the same style and a custom-designed ceiling light that contributes to the sense of space depending on the height. The interior was intended to have a somewhat eclectic feel, where old and new coexist and give the impression of having been collected over time. The built-in shelving in the entrance enhances that feeling from the moment you step inside — a place where the story of the firm and its portfolio companies can be told through small artifacts and objects.

“We have bounced ideas off them all the way, and if we have had problems finding something, they have helped.”

“Inventia really understood the concept and was very committed to keep it.”
