A deep-thinking southerner last seen on his electric unicycle or pondering life's big and small questions. Values face-to-face meetings and having fun in his projects. Thinks it's just as fun and important to work on a small project as an office with 4500 employees.

Co-owner of the company that's been in the furnishing and interior design business since Shaggy topped the charts. (2001 that is, for any young readers out there.) Today, this former hockey player lives in the countryside with three daughters. Only one wife though.

New mom with an eye for interior design and details – both on and off the job. With the unofficial title of "juggler", she is a world class multi-tasker. A trait that is perfect for her role at Inventia, but unfortunately also hits her beloved partner full force as new projects are constantly started at home.

When the town of Kiruna was moved, Scandic naturally followed.

Our assignment was to design all the public spaces in the new hotel – lounges, conference rooms and restaurants – based on the architectural brief. The furnishings form a coherent whole, complete with delivery and installation.

An assignment like this, with long distances and major logistical challenges, required us to coordinate everything ourselves in Stockholm and drive up with our own trucks to ensure on-time delivery – from Stockholm to Kiruna with love.

“The biggest challenge – and where Inventia has really stood out – is the logistics. As the client, I could be sure that we got the delivery on time.”

Patrik Karlsson, Scandic Kiruna

“Very confident that Inventia takes full responsibility when given a brief.”
